When will my products ship? 

Inventory is shipped on a weekly basis and expedited shipping is currently unavailable. Feel free to contact our team at info@desertdwellerco.com for any questions or special requests.

What is your return policy? 

We hope you love your items, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, and returned withing 14 days of original purchase. Learn more about our return policy here.

What materials are used to make your Desert Blossom candle?

Our Desert Blossom Candle candles are made with 100% soy wax, which is an all-natural, American-grown, clean-burning alternative to synthetics like paraffin. Our candles are infused with a blend of fine fragrance oils + pure essential oils. 

My candle melted in transit. Can I get a refund?

Our hand-poured Desert Blossom Candles are made with100% soy wax and fine fragrance and essential oils, making them susceptible to melting in the heat. Especially in the warm summer months! We do our best to ensure your candle arrives safely and intact, but if your item arrives damaged, we would be happy to issue a refund or ship you a replacement. Just contact our team at info@desertdwellerco.com with any questions or concerns.

How should I care for my water bottle?

Hand wash with warm soapy water and let dry with lid removed. Do not place bottle in the dishwasher. Do not place this bottle in the microwave. Hot liquids can burn users. Do not freeze. Do not overfill. Not suitable for long term, continuous storage of liquids. Continuous storage may cause increased pressure which can lead to lid failure.
